Deputy Mayor of the capital Maxim Liksutov on the air of the Moscow-24 TV channel spoke about the effectiveness of the Sphere facial recognition system operating in the Moscow metro since 2020. The official noted that thanks to the system, the police detained about 5 thousand people for investigative measures.
