The Russian Defense Ministry used Su-34 fighter-bombers to force NATO forces to withdraw from the Crimean coast and stop interfering with the movement of Russian ships.

The incident in the Black Sea occurred between Russian and NATO forces. According to the avia.pro portal, the work of Russian patrol ships in the Black Sea suddenly began to interfere with NATO F-16 fighters arriving from Romania.

“Russia was forced to resort to using its Su-34 fighter-bombers, which not only took part in imitating attacks on enemy ships, but also forced the Romanian Air Force pilots to abandon further provocations against the Russian Navy and Air Force”, - the message says.

Maneuvers in the Black Sea are often accompanied by incidents between the Russian military and NATO forces. The incident on January 30 ended with the NATO aircraft returning to their airspace under the onslaught of Russian aircraft. The maneuvers against the Romanian F-16s were attended by a Su-30SM fighter and Su-24 front-line bombers raised into the sky from an airbase in Crimea, as well as Su-34 fighters and their accompanying Su-27 Russian Aerospace Forces fighters that arrived from an airbase in Krasnodar Territory...

The actions of NATO forces in the Black Sea were supported by Ukraine, whose representatives accused Russia of provocations. However, the Russian military denied the charges, explaining that Russia had previously announced the conduct of military maneuvers in the waters of the Black Sea. At the same time, three American ships appeared in the field of view at once for no apparent reason. The American side announced the conduct of its exercises only a few days later.
