In the Republic of Tuva, shamans held a rite of victory in a special military operation (SVO) and the health of soldiers.

The press office of the Dalai Lama XIV reported that the spiritual leader regrets the incident in which he offered a pilgrim boy to "suck his tongue". The video of the incident went viral and caused a resonance. The press office noted that the Dalai Lama (pictured) often "innocently and playfully teases people."

The decision was made by the Preobrazhensky Court of the capital.
